As part of a new program aimed to improve profitability and overall effectiveness, Zale announced it will close 105 underperforming stores in fiscal 2008
Zale energy reported a Q4 net income of $1.5 million as compared to a net loss of $27.4 million last year. However, the revenue decreased from $490.7 million last year to $488.2 million this year; the same-store sales also declined by 0.5 percent.
