This is a good overview of the business, but being that Endeavor Acquisition is a SPAC, I think the article could benefit from a few changes. Bottom line, investors don't pony up unless the management team is strong. The whole underpinning of the strategy--go out and acquire operations--is contingent on management's knowledge of specific markets. So, more needs to be said about management. Two, while SPACs typically tuck in multiple acquisitions, it appears that Endeavor is set with American Apparel. In fact, Endeavor is gone and has been replaced by American Apparel. The new stock ticker is AA and they trade on the AMEX. American Apparel is the going concern. The company has a very colorful history and a controversial founder. Don Charney is currently being sued for sexual harassment for among other things, having sex with reports and walking around in his underwear during meetings and office functions. He also allegedly asks HR to screen for unionists and sexy Asians, the latter being his preference for sexual partners. This company is based in LA, and full disclosure - I am a big fan of their wares and the culture (Don included). Wikinvest should change this article to AA for American Apparel.
