NLY bought a company last year. What is it doing? I guess I saw some activity figures that stated it processes block sales of homes, and increased sales into the billions. I am trying to make sense of what I think I saw, could you please explain its contributions to NLY? That is, was it a good deal, as I recall that NLY not to disclose it, may have paid too high for the company, but I can only guess on anything. What also I would like to know is when NLY reports its earning next, and what part of earning will the new company contribute. Thanks tom: 614 888 9066. tommustric@yahoo.com

"underlying real estate value is not a factor for Annaly" is a crock I dare u make such a bogus statement. Their 28% plunge has everything to do with real estate value. The fed paper they buy from GSEs is collateralized according to the value of the real estate when the value of the real estate go dn like it continues to do devalues the collateral there fore reducing the value of the paper bought by ANNALY WHICH IS THERE BIG PROBLEM NOW. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF PRINTING SUCH MISLEADING GARBAGE
