Aside from interest rates, I think conventional wisdom has it that apartment property investment would be good on this economic environment.
Considering the number of foreclosures nationally are at an all time high, families must find living accommodations and apartment rental, it seems to me would work at inverse proportion to forclosures, at least for the next 24 months.
I would be interested to know if others believe this theory accurate.
