I suppose the first problem is...there is not article present! To help someone get started, I would recommend a close examination of the international market for alcohol and the ongoing consolidation in the spirits industry. Since Boston Beer is a domestic company, does it make sense for them to seek a buyer in order to expand reach and increase marketing channels? Obviously, financial data and an overview of distribution is in order.
