Very informative article! I like the better thought out bear and bull arguments than is typically found here at Wikiinvest. I did notice the Demand Drivers area was almost a repetition of the paragraphs above the area. It seems a little redundant. Although raliroads pollute less on a per cargo basis, I have read about some new technology coming to railroad engines to reduce emissions. Do railroads have possible mandated emission reductions in store for their trains? Just was curious.
