Introduction

• In general your introduction is solid. I would move the chart from the intro to the business overview section. Also please fully label the chart. What year are the figures from?

Business Overview

• I would talk about the one plan. It was implemented in 2004, it is important to note that their operational efficiency has increase significantly in terms of on term departures, largely as a result of moving many of their trains from on demand to scheduled.

Competition

• some of your metrics need a little explanation. What is dwell time? Operating ratio?
