OK, this is a good start to the article. Obviously, Chipotle's financials and growth trends need to be displayed in visual charts and discussed with accompanying analysis. Revenue per square foot and other metrics important in this industry would also be useful to disclose. All this information should be disclosed in their 10-K. Apart from that, the company's history and beginning's would be cool to include. Basically, a nerd and health nut from SF named Steve Ells decided to establish a quick-serve Mexican restaurant that utilized high-quality ingredients.
