This is a lot of information about the company. However, I would like to see more information that would help an investor make a decision. First, these type of limited partnership structures often pay significant dividends. I see EDP currently has a nice 6% yield. What is their dividend policy and history. Next, at other sources I see news about a major recent acquisition. It has had a significant effect on revenues and earnings. Does EDP have a history of acquisitions, or was this a one time thing. Finally, some financial breakdown on the different business units and where the company expects future revenues to come from would be helpful.
