Pretty nice overview on Goodyear. I think there are a couple of items that could be highlighted. A big part of the tire business is commercial tire sales for trucks, commercial and heavy equipment. I think an economic slowdown hits this part of the tire business harder than the passenger car tire market. It would be interesting to know what percentage of GT's tire business is classified commercial. Next, I see 45% of the world tire market is sold by that outstanding company "other". How many companies are in the other category and what effect do they have on Goodyear and the other 2 of the big 3. Finally, the WikiChart has not had an annotation for almost a year. It would be nice to see recent news of the company.
