This is a good start to the overview of the company. I would address the following topics: AMR and AMI technologies, software and hardware integration, consulting/servicing fees as a percentage of total sales, total market share, the size of the total market in the US and internationally, and the difference between Itrons' and their competitors' technologies. The upside is that eventually every utility will likely upgrade to the new meters. The downside is that after a certain number of years, they will have penetrated most of the market and will either have to delve into new developing new measurement tools or to stagnate and simply live of the servicing and consulting fees.
