Rod Thanks for the comments. Doing a beettr job of exposing the content is one of the things I'm really after with the new site design. If you navigate to a category via the sidebar menu you will see that older posts link below the two dozen most recent entries for that category. One of my plans is to actually improve the category structure and thereby address exactly the point you make about finding older posts, but do it in a more topic specific fashion than having history-based archives. And of course there's the search function as well. I use it quite often myself.
