You're going to need a little more description of the businesses and about the history of the firm prior to its break-up, given that it's relatively recent. How much of the firm's revenue is derived from recurring contracts with the government? Does the company bid on projects run by non-domestic governments? How large is the company's R&D budget and where is it concentrated?
