I don't know whether the author agrees to buy or sell shares of the company, but I'll give my opinion. At the beginning of 2008 Mcel and Horizon invested together to sell their products at the end of this year. Mcel a few months later terminated all employees. My take on this is that Mcel is doing everything possible to keep the company alive and will be a player in the hydrogen/fuel cell industry in 2009. So make your money somewhere else for now.
