The Fund invests in the Morgan Stanley Institutional Liquidity Funds-Money Market Portfolio (the Liquidity Funds), a mutual fund managed by the Adviser. The Fund invests in Morgan Stanley Growth Fund, a mutual fund advised by an affiliate of the Adviser.
