In addition to being a middle-tier retailer and being negatively impacted by Google and the like, the company's management is a farce. Management routinely blames others for their woes and repeated underperformance. It is probably worth mentioning in the overview of the firm the ongoing dispute between some short-sellers and the company, and the CEO's waste of company resources to stifle dissent.
