This article is a stub and will obviously need to include financials, an overview of operations, and important metrics such as same store sales growth etc. However, it would be great to include information related to their recent struggles. Panera was once a Wall Street darling, but their stock has been hit hard as of late. Some of their investors including Shamrock, an investment vehicle operated by Roy Disney and long-time confidant Stanley Gold, have been agitating for a Board seat and change at the company.
