PCS has a strike on its hands at 3 of it's mines by 500 members of the United Steelworkers. If history means anything, this Union will not roll over. Be prepared for a long strike and share prices may be affected.

I don't think that short term events like this strike belong in the main body of the description of this company....or any other company for that matter. This strike has been settles as of Nov 7/08 but the impression is left here that the company is still in the throes of a long strike when in fact 3 years of labour peace has been agreed to.

To start with what is Potash and what is it used for. The investor probably needs to know what kind of business this company is in. As one of the great investment stories of the last couple of years, an expanded explanation of how this company makes money would help the investor. I did not realize POT has a $50 billion market cap. An overview of the company's revenues, profits and operations areas would be of great help. Also, this is a company dying for bull and bear arguments.
