This company has an interesting business model that is a little difficult to understand. Could you outline or give an example of how a person would use such a service (which is akin to an insurance plan)? Also, what type of customers does the firm have and who do they tend to target in their marketing efforts? Can this business model be exported overseas? How does the firm compare with its competitors?
