Under operational metrics, consider adding one more. The most useful for this industry is revenue $ per square foot. Changes in that ratio show how successfully the company integrates acquisitions and grow their margins. Also, a chart depicting geographical exposure would help in judging their risks to housing in different areas of the country and abroad.
