OK, while this article does not yet exist there is an important correction that needs to be made to this stub article. Namely, SGR should not be classified as being a 'nuclear facilities' builder. The Shaw Group is an engineering and construction company that divides their business segments into six lines including:Fossil & Nuclear; Energy and Chemicals (E&C); Environmental and Infrastructure (E&I); Maintenance; Fabrication and Manufacturing (F&M),and a joint venture with Westinghouse. The company's clients include governmental agencies, global oil companies, industrial corps, utilities, and equipment manufacturers. These guys went into bankruptcy a few years back, but have emerged as a strong corporation with a diversified client base.
