Scott and anyone else that is interested - Shutterfly announced that they acquired group sharing and personal publishing service Nexo Systems for $15M. A cash deal might have been better for Nexo considering Shuttefly recently lost a quarter of their value after competitor Snapfish (HP) announced they would lower prices

Great over view but, how can you mention Shutterfly without paying homage to Jim Clark (founder of Silicon Graphics, Healtheon / WebMD, and Netscape). Anways, it is an open secret that he is less involved with the company and actually announced his resignation from the Board in January of 2007.
