If this company was not being bought out, I would be asking for a little more expansion on the company's business and financials. However, at this time it appears that UAPH will cease being a tradeable stock in the near future and is only of interest to to arbitrage crowd. I did change the annotation on the WikiChart to a date range to give a nice box around the instant price increase when the purchase was announced, vs. the little circle. I think it give a better focus on what happened. Final note, make sure this stock is removed from this database, once it no longer trades.
