I am not the author but... VWSYS is the actual Vestas stock (which AFAIK cant be purchased via any US exchange) and VWDRY is the DEPOSITORY RECEIPT created to allow US investment in Vestas withouth the large fees associated with investing in foreign stock exchanges. Edit: I should add that it also appears to be available OTC in the pink sheets.
