Good work on the Vonage article. However, I think there are a few things you could add to the article. This is the first quarter they actually had a net increase in Cash from operations. That's a substantial change for them. Also you listed the numbers for Churn under Operating Metrics, but didn't provide a number from Customer Acquisition Cost. Marketing costs are the primary cost in that area, but they are changing that ratio. Last quarter Marketing costs of revenue were 29%, that's down from 56% of revenue from 1 year ago. That was mentioned on the conference call in the opening statements. Hope this helps. -Matthew Stein
