Please explain in a simple but more detailed way how the company makes its money. In other words instead of saying waste collection, mention that they collect garbage, produce natural gas, etc.

Be more explicit. What scandals has the company endured?

Are there any major obstacles facing the company going forward?

Competition

go into more detail. Why did WMI's competitors' sales grow faster.

Please include some operational metrics. These might be something like cubic tons of trash collected or gas produced per land fill. I'm making these up by the way.
