Hey, just leaving you an example message... Parkerconrad 17:08, April 26, 2008 (PDT)
Are you posting for A. Horowitz? Parkerconrad 17:07, April 26, 2008 (PDT)
I'm testing this message on your public message user space. Let me know if you get a message.
Noticed a lot of changes that involved adding blank spaces, what are you trying to do?
Love the new template on the cramer page....

Hi Advait, Thanks for your message. It’s very recently that I learnt about Wikinvest. I saw it as very good initiative and thought of contributing. I am very new to writing on wiki. The company profiles i updated till now are taken from www.myiris.com and some from company websites directly. These are publicly available information. I will make sure to post the source of information from now on. I also have pool of equity research reports which are available in public though they are proprietary. I understand wiki does not allow posting the attachments. Do you have any idea if those reports can be shared through wiki. Thanks, Prashanth
I am on travel for next two days. Will surely add more details about the company.
And will try to contribute more.
Hi, thanks for the note. I'm still figuring out how to get involved (such as leaving a message). In answer to your question... yes, I do trade currencies. I'm not an expert but I do have hands on experience over the last couple of years.

Haha, well LUK happens to be my first editing task done here on Wikinvest. Thanks, but forgive me if I have a few blunders, I know it still needs a lot of work. I see you have been around and are quite experienced. Pleasure to join the community and meet you. -Seung Kon
Yup, I can't deny it. In my spare time I'm either reading books on technical or fundamental analysis or I'm online looking at blogs, wikis, simulators, etc. Is there any reason why you're asking?
Thanks, Naveen Kasthuri
Oh no, i'm not pursuing a masters in plasma physics. I'm a freshman at Penn. I'm pretty sure my bachelor's will consist of finance and electrical engineering. The PPPL internship is just something I did on the side for fun, for a bit of self-exploration/learning, and they pay well.
The Sensex chart is just too good, I think it should be also there on corresponding page on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BSE_Sensex), I could not find out way to copy it to my local system so that it can be uploaded on Wikipedia, can you pl help me there. A related question: Is content of Wikiinvest is free to be copied just like Wikipedia or it has some other policies on its content.
Thanks, Vjdchauhan (Wikipedia user: Vjdchauhan) Vjdchauhan 05:33, February 2, 2009 (PST).
Yes. Luxury consumption happens to be an area of interest and research for me. Do look a series of my blog entries focusing on research findings at my end.
1. Middle aged consumers and conspicuous consumption (http://pauravshukla.blogspot.com/2008/03/middle-aged-consumers-conspicuous.html) 2. Luxury consumption: will it really be affected by recession? (http://pauravshukla.blogspot.com/2008/07/luxury-consumption-will-it-really-be.html) 3. Luxury Consumption Tendencies in Recession: Early Evidence (http://pauravshukla.blogspot.com/2008/07/luxury-consumption-tendencies-in.html) 4. Managing luxury brands in recession (http://pauravshukla.blogspot.com/2008/08/managing-luxury-brands-in-recession.html) 5. Luxury consumption: Gucci's response to recession (http://pauravshukla.blogspot.com/2009/01/luxury-consumption-guccis-response-to.html)
Presently, I am working on a paper focusing on value perceptions and luxury consumption in recession, the findings of which will be posted on the blog soon.
