HPR and Arithmetic Average

Hey Jarvis,

I liked your articles on Holding period return and Arithmetic average. I moved HPR to a new title page, changed some formatting on Arithmetic average, and gave them both the definitions tag.

If you wanted to improve the pages, I'd recommend adding some examples of investors would use the values of these figures. See the Price to Book page for an example of a definition with good examples built in.
