Working with R&W Software will enable EASi customers to run Section 16 reports, export them into AIRS and submit SEC Forms 3, 4 and 5 in the required XML format.

EASi will serve as a national distributor for the AIRS product to make it easier for customers to meet their filing requirements. EASi reviewed several products and chose the R&W solution because it stores previously filed forms and footnotes and walks the customer through the EDGARIZING process and connecting to the SEC website for ease of online filing. The AIRS module also eliminates the need for redundant data entry and provides SEC style sheets to preview and audit forms prior to submission.
