Ethanol futures are traded on the Chicago Board of Trade under ticker symbol AC in U.S dollars and cents per gallon.[1]
The chart at left shows front-month Ethanol futures prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) in dollars per gallon. Please note that because of ticker conflicts, Wikinvest uses the tickers AK and ZK for pit and electronic sessions, respectively, rather than the more traditional AC and ZC.
Delivery DatesEthanol futures are delivered every year in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December (all months).[1]

Deliverable GradesDenatured Fuel Ethanol as specified in The American Society for Testing and Materials standard D4806 for Denatured Fuel Ethanol for Blending with Gasolines for Use as Automotive Spark-Ignition Engine Fuel plus California standards.
