Orange juice is the juice extracted from the orange fruit. Unless otherwise specified, in term of futures contracts, "orange juice" refers to frozen, concentrated orange juice. Brazil is the world's largest producer of oranges, followed by Florida.[1] Orange juice futures are priced in cents per pound with a delivery contract of 15000 pounds.
