Headquartered at Tel Aviv, Israel, Radware Ltd. (RDWR) develops and markets Intelligent Application Switching (IAS) solutions, previously termed Internet traffic management solutions. The company offers solutions to service providers, e-commerce enterprises, and corporate houses to improve the productivity of network infrastructures through optimum utilization of available network resources. Radware also providesAPSolute Insight, an application management tool which offers a set of user defined statistics that provide bandwidth and consumption data per device including bi-directional traffic, failures, bottlenecks, resource management and client information. In 1999, the company established a wholly owned subsidiary in the U.S., Radware Inc., for conducting marketing and sales activities in the North American region. Between 2000 and 2003, Radware Ltd. developed subsidiaries and representative offices in most parts of Europe, along with China and Southeast Asia, for marketing promotions and customer support services.
