Robert Rubin is a director at Citigroup and co-chairman of the board of directors of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also served as the 70th United States Secretary of the Treasury under President Clinton and as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs from 1987 to 1990. He received an LLB from Yale Law School in 1964 and a B.A. in economics from Harvard College in 1960.
