TNK-BP Holding OAO (TNK-BP Holding OJSC) is a Russia-based vertically integrated oil company. The Company was formed between 2004 and 2005 through a process of restructuring and accession of TBH heritage companies, TNK, Sidanco and ONAKO, and their respective subsidiaries. The Company is a subsidiary of TNK-BP Limited located in the British Virgin Islands. It operates in various Russia's hydrocarbon regions, including the Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamal-Nenetsk and Novosibirsk Regions of West Siberia; the Orenburg and Saratov Regions and the Republic of Udmurtia of the Volga-Urals; the Irkutsk Region in East Siberia, and Sakhalin in the Far East. TNK-BP operates four refineries in Russia and one in Ukraine.
