IEA Awarded Department of Defense (DoD) Biometrics Operations and Support Services-Restricted (BOSS-R) Contract

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) has been awarded one of six Biometrics Operations and Support Services-Restricted (BOSS-R) contracts by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Biometrics Task Force (BTF). Under this contract, IEA will provide a wide range of biometrics support services in the following three functional areas: Technology Management, Independent Validation and Verification, and Management Support Services.

BOSS-R is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award contract. The potential maximum cumulative dollar ceiling value of all contracts in this multiple award procurement is established at $124 million. It provides a full range of pricing options to include cost reimbursement, firm fixed price, and time and material/labor hour terms. IEA serves as the Prime contractor leading a team of award-winning companies. These companies include: Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI); Cross Match Technologies, Inc.; Cogent Systems, Inc.; Whitney, Bradley & Brown, Inc. (WBB); Path Technologies, Inc.; BNC Solutions, LLC; T2E Solutions, Inc.; Animetrics, Inc.; Main Sail, LLC; ImageWare Systems, Inc. (IWS); Intelligence, Identification, Integration, LLC (I3); Integrated Forensics Laboratories, Inc. (IFL); and Dynamic Secure Solutions, Inc. (DSSI).
