Droughts, hurricanes, flooding affect many businesses, including those in biotech, agriculture, agronomics, corn, and ethanol.

Most directly, poor weather lowers crop yields. Fewer crops mean more expensive corn for ethanol production and reduced business for trucks, trains, and ships that move agricultural produce.
