In general I think that this is a very well written article.

Introduction:

It would be good to quantify the impact of the Moistureloc recall. For instance I believe that Moistureloc was $100M revenue stream. Additionally, please look through the intiate analyst report to see if they quantify BOL's market share losses as a result of the recall.

Business Segments:

In the overview section it might also be worthwhile to mention that BOL's position in the CLC arena is weakening given that its product line is fairly old, and the new products that were in the pipeline are no longer viable given that they contain some of the same ingredients as moisture loc. Meanwhile its competititors have and are in the process of releasing new generation CLC products.

In the competitors section please include a graph of revenue per employee.

BOL's is 200K vs. the industry average of 315.
